Klabin will be presenting the 2013 Christmas Carols on the 10th, 11th and 12th of December, at 8.30pm. The Klabin’s Singing Girls’ Choir presentation, which will be held at the Ikape Hotel, will keep to the true Christmas traditions, with songs such as Jingle Bells, Christmas Night and Christmas Joy, among others.
The purpose of the show, which will be open to the public with free admission, is to present the result of activities carried out during the year by members of the program to their relatives and to the local community.
Klabin’s Singing Girls’ Choir is comprised of girls between 7 and 17 years of age, daughters of employees at the Monte Alegre Plant (PR) and youngsters from the community. The project provides an opportunity to come into contact with music, musical theory, rhythm and vocal techniques besides developing a spirit of comradeship.
