Recycled Papers for Fluting
Papers made from recycled fibers with resistance optimized by the application of starch on Speed Sizer equipment or by adding wet strength agents to the pulp to increase physical paper tests. It also features uniform grammage, low impurity content and balanced COBB.
Fluting paper made from recycled corrugated board fibers (pre- and/or post-consumer) that meet the physical and mechanical specifications required for use in corrugated boxes. Applications: recommended for manufacturing fluting for corrugated board packaging. Not recommended for use in direct contact with food.
Fluting paper for use in corrugated board packaging made 100% from recycled fibers and with the application of starch in the pulp, imparting greater wet strength to the paper.
EKOFLUTE RESINADO SIZED®
Fluting paper made from corrugated board scrap (pre- and/or post-consumer) with the application of surface starch (Speed Sizer), imparting greater physical resistance to the production of corrugated boxes.
Recycled Papers for Covers
Present a clean and uniform surface and superior print quality. Applications: recommended as external and internal covers for corrugated boxes.
Paper made from corrugated board scrap (pre- and/or post-consumer) and, in a higher percentage, from refills from Klabin’s box manufacturing plants, which ensures a higher quality recycled material.
Made from pre- and/or post-consumer recycled fibers, this paper is double-walled: corrugated board scrap in the base and virgin kraft reel trimming in the covering, which ensures higher physical test results and an appearance similar to that of Klabin’s KraftLiner? paper.
Paper made from pre- and/or post-consumer recycled fibers with the application of surface starch (Speed Sizer), imparting greater physical resistance to the packaging. Its double-wall configuration, with corrugated board scraps in the inner layer and virgin kraft reel trims in the outer layer and Klabin’s conversion refills in the coating, improves physical tests results for this paper.
