Klabin is the leader of the national sack market with three converting plants and sales throughout the entire Country. It is also leader in the Argentinean market, where it owns one converting plant. It has a complete line of solutions which can be printed using flexography in up to eight colors, drawing attention to the customer’s product at the point-of-sale.

Production Technology

Klabin Industrial Sacks Unit boasts a wide variety of machinery which makes it possible to produce sacks of many different shapes and sizes, all to the highest international technical standards.

Proof of Klabin’s pioneering and technical excellence is to be found in its day-to-day: the Company is the only Brazilian manufacturer of high consistency bleached extensible sack kraft and also the only one to offer up to eight-color printing or four-color printing for all its products. It also makes low density polyethylene-coated papers for moisture-sensitive products.

Its logistical operation benefits from the company’s proximity to managed forests, which supply the integrated production of pulp, paper and sacks.

Customer Service

Klabin’s Customer Service guarantees full support in the use of its sacks, obeying criteria which are clearly defined by the needs of the customers. To assure this is so, a team of technicians makes preventive visits, following up on trial lots and on commercial lots.

Attention to customer needs

Klabin offers training in handling, storage and transport which helps customers get the most out of their packaging. Klabin’s technicians go to the customers’ plants to train the groups that deal directly with the packaging. In this way, the customer avoids damaging the sacks, improves their performance and thereby reduces his costs.
