Preserve the standards of conduct and continually improve supplier relations are of essential importance for Klabin. To this end, the company follows a Code of Ethics, which must always be present in all relationships with its suppliers:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations that apply to our operations.

Commercial Relations.

Relationships with suppliers must be guided by fair trade practices, healthy, fair competition for quality, price, agreed deadlines and services as well as compliance with laws and regulations.

Conflict of interest.

No employee of Klabin may receive gifts, loans or favors from vendors with which Klabin maintains business relationships. Often, a courtesy offered covers a tactical engagement to obtain special favors.

Employees must not seek Klabin's profit or advantage for themselves or others through misuse of his position within the organization.

Confidentiality

Constitutes an administrative violation and criminal law the use of privileged information and restricted nature of Klabin, for yourself or others.

Klabin expects its employees or suppliers to notify the Ombudsman any violation of these principles. Within the regulatory limits, the anonymity of the employee or vendor and the case will be guaranteed confidentiality.
