Instrument created to collectively remunerate the participation of employees in the company’s results, with the intention of boosting productivity and establishing innovative and creative solutions that provide improved performance in every area of activity.
PACK is Klabin’s complementary retirement program which benefits all the employees, and enables them to accumulate savings throughout their entire professional career and, besides this, everyone has the right to a pension in the case of invalidity or death which is paid out to the participant or his/her heirs.
The program is flexible and employees can choose how much they want to invest, in what type of investment fund they wish to put their funds and how they wish to receive their benefit in retirement.The participants who leave the company can continue with their pension plan, dealing directly with the administering bank, but they have the option to move their funds as planned, transfer them to another institution of complementary pensions or receive the balance to which they have a right.
Set up in 2005, the purpose of the Agreement is to enable all the company’s employees to purchase medicines through an accredited chain of pharmacies across Brazil at more accessible prices and which can be discounted on their paychecks.
This benefit is linked to a management system known as the Program of Medicinal Benefits (PBM) which permits the acquisition of medicines, related to determined illnesses, and intended to act preventively, either through occupational medicine or through the company’s medical agreement.
A specific agreement for dental health, promoting health and prevention through a nationwide accredited network. The benefit is equally available for employees in all the plants.
Group insurance for all the employees with coverage for natural or accidental death, permanent total or partial invalidity by accident, permanent total invalidity from sickness and additional coverage for Funeral assistance for the holder or spouse and Cost assistance for several expenses.
